BOLLY STRONG

Mondays 6-7 pm

These 1 hr classes will have Bollywood cardio dance moves with some serious strength training using weighted equipment. You are recommended to bring in low and medium weights for this class. There will be upper body and lower body workout not forgetting our favorite core exercises as well!

BOLLY CARDIO

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm

Saturdays 10-11 am

Instructor: Shilpa Arora

These 1 hr classes will focus entirely on cardio dance moves. We will take you on a fun High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cardio respiratory workout that alternates between high and low/moderate intensity dance songs. Bring your dance shoes and your fun attitude!

BOLLY CORE

Thursdays 6-7 pm

Instructor: Lavanya Kasarabada

Get your heart pumping with some calorie burning Bollywood dance moves with some solid core workout! You are guaranteed to be the envy of your friends with your rock-hard well-defined abs!
